Booking terms

How booking works

1. Send an enquiry → we confirm date & service by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. Pay the reservation fee within the deadline — details sent only after confirmation.
3. Fee counts toward the total. Final amount is based on actual time on board after the trip.
4. If booked well in advance, we call about a week before to confirm details.

Reservation fees

• Private charter (whole yacht): €50 per group — within 24 h
• Passage / expedition (incl. Ruhnu): €50 per person — 24 h
• Sunset seat: €10 deposit per seat (of €50 total) — 12 h

Rates (guide)

Weekdays €170/h (min. 2 h), weekends €190/h by arrangement. Sunset €50/seat (min. 6 to sail). Passages from €130/person. Ruhnu from €420/person. Add-ons as in the full LV terms.

Time billing

From first guest aboard to last guest off. Rounded to the nearest 30 minutes (under 30 min extra → round down; 30 min or more → round up).

Cancellation

• Guest cancels 7+ days ahead → no cash refund; one date change as season credit (usually until 31 Oct).
• We cancel (weather, safety, technical) → new date offered; if no agreement, reservation fee refunded to the original or agreed account.
• Sunset trip does not run → €10 deposit refunded to each person who booked.

Safety & liability

Follow the captain's instructions. Personal belongings at your own risk. Damage caused by careless or deliberate behaviour must be compensated. Injuries and rare severe incidents are handled case by case, in line with applicable rules and insurance where relevant.
